Terry Dene ... The Rock is Rollin’ Again!!! TaM Management
Little London Studios started out as a recording studio, working with
unsigned bands, producing demos to help them to book more gigs. The
studio space was also used for rehearsals. Next came band management,
developing the talents of several up and coming bands under the name
TaM Management Around this time Terri and Mike also began working with
deprived youngsters - later on the Vocational Inclusion Programme, helping
disadvantaged pupils find some direction through music.
In 2006 Terri of Little London Studios received the RADAR Entrepreneur
of the Year Award for their achievements.
As reputation built for Little London Studios and TaM Management, contacts
began to develop with punk bands from the seventies. Poly Styrene of
X-Ray Spex, and Sham 69 started dropping by the studio. We recorded an
interview with Mitch Mitchell, legendary drummer with Jimi Hendrix, at the
request of The American Congress Library of Recording, in LA.
Little London Studios now works with Jimmy Pursey’s new band DAY 21;
Eric Faulkner’s Bay City Rollers; Dave Sharp - who has projects under way
with supergroup The Hard Travelers and new Roots Band.
We are really looking forward to the amazing developments due in the next
few months around Little London Studios and TaM Management. This
includes the development of the record label, Little London, and in the
setting up of TaM Retro - facilitating the revival of the artists from the good
old days of the seventies and eighties. Back to the front of the stage.
