Last Status Ltd has been set up initially to produce and exploit the film 'The Last Status' under license to MR Screenplays.

We are happy to offer an investment opportunity in Last Status Ltd. This takes the form of Shares available in multiples of £5,000 to qualifying individuals. Anyone wishing to consider the initial Development Investment will receive 'A' Shares which include a bonus of 1% equity in Last Status Ltd per £5,000 shares up to £50,000

The offer is eligible for tax benefits available under the SEED Enterprise Investment Scheme and as such must be looked upon as a medium to long term investment (minimum three years). SEIS attracts 50% tax relief and EIS is 30%.
